Auditory processing difficulties often result in an initial diagnosis of Attention Deficit Disorder (ADD) and Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder in children with Asperger Syndrome

Medications prescribed for ADD and ADHD may exacerbate the autistic features of Asperger Syndrome
